I didn't see anything in your RubyForge project tracker or your GitHub
issues regarding feature requests so I punted and came here.

Currently there's an mswin32 binary gem available for 0.4.0 from
RubyForge (nothing at gems.github.com either) but I'm not able to find
a mingw32 version and would like to request that one be made for 0.4.0
and future revisions.

As background, the 0.4.0 gem successfully builds and installs on
Windows-based systems using the preview2 release of RubyInstaller
http://rubyinstaller.org/ in combination with the Msys/MinGW-based
DevKit available from the same site.  We've highlighted this at
http://wiki.github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller/gem-list.

If this request makes the cut and the mingw32 binary gem gets created
please drop us an ANN over at http://groups.google.com/group/rubyinstaller
