There is no longer the need to set gemcutter as a source of gems. Now
that gems.rubyforge.org is Gemcutter, pushes to Gemcutter will be
available to any user using updated RubyGems.

Select which Ruby you want:
1. 191: ruby 1.9.1p129 (2009-05-12 revision 23412) [i386-mingw32]
2. 191: ruby 1.9.1p243 (2009-07-16 revision 24175) [i386-mingw32]
? 2

C:\Users\Luis>gem install ffi
Successfully installed rake-0.8.7
Successfully installed ffi-0.5.4-x86-mingw32
2 gems installed

==> Somehow Rake is being marked as a runtime dependency instead of development?
