There is no longer the need to set gemcutter as a source of gems. Now that gems.rubyforge.org is Gemcutter, pushes to Gemcutter will be available to any user using updated RubyGems.
btw, can windows users please test the binary mswin32 and mingw32 gems to make sure they install correctly from gemcutter?
