I'm going to work this week on getting Windows builds for it, but that
do not affect you ;-)

I just tried to install ffi and it cleanly installs on Windows (Ruby 1.8.6) with DevKit. Installed version is 0.6.2. Do you want to make Windows binaries so users do not need DevKit or there are some other issues with Windows and FFI?
