Sure.  This was mostly an afternoon project to test the feasibility of
c2ffi for another platform, and ruby was easy.  If anyone wants to
integrate/take over(/ignore ;) the c2ffi-ruby let me know.  It looks
like ffi-gen is pretty nice.
